A thorough consultation including physical, neurological & orthopaedic assessments to establish your care needs, followed by a detailed Verbal Report of our Findings where we outline how your symptoms correlate to the findings of your practitioner.

Included in the advertised price:

Initial Consultation A fact-finding mission involving a thorough case history and a physical examination looking at your body as a whole. We test how well your nervous system is functioning, your joints are moving and your muscles are performing. If your practitioner feels it necessary, they'll also take some x-rays (taken in our centre on the day, and will involve a small charge of £50 per area.)

A Verbal Report of our Findings. This follow up appointment is a review of the findings of your consultation. This is where we go over what we found, if and how we can help, how much it will cost and how long it will take to get you right. We will provide you with a clear and structured plan of action which will work to get you truly well and keep you well! We recommend you bring your diary and someone to this appointment with you. Those that do get better quicker, stay well for longer and spend less money whilst in the centre.

-At your Verbal Report of our Findings you'll be given the option to have a Chiropractic adjustment and begin care, this adjustment is charged separately and not included in the consultation price.

Orthotic Gait Scan - Consultation - £50.00

Our team use their knowledge of the human body as well as a state of the art tool which scans your feet whilst you stand & walk across a pressure plate which contains over 4000 sensors.

The resulting insightful images display areas of excessive pressure and allow us to create a bespoke shoe insert designed to correct faulty walking patterns and reduce your symptoms.
These inserts support your feet and redistribute excessive pressure to areas experiencing inadequate force.

To embody true wellness it is essential to focus on your feet, even when your symptoms are located elsewhere in your body, e.g. your neck or lower back. Your feet and pelvis are the foundations of your spine.

This appointment covers the cost of the scan, gait assessment & imaging and not the cost of the orthotic inserts, should you choose to purchase the inserts a separate payment will be taken in the centre on the day of your appointment.

This consultation is perfect for you if you are suffering from disc related issues. You may have sciatica and/or arm/leg symptoms. You may have tried everything to no avail. You may have had or be waiting to have an MRI and may have been recommended surgery but want to avoid this.

The price also includes a follow up visit where we go over what we found, if and how we can help, how much it will cost and how long it will take to get right. and an initial disc treatment session.

New Massage NP - £50.00

Get to the root cause of your soft tissue dysfunction with a comprehensive Sports Massage consultation.

This is an in depth consultation to assess, discuss and action your soft tissue issues.

Your Sports Massage Therapist will use the first portion of your appointment to assess your care needs and fully explain the process and efficacy of Sports Massage, followed by a tailored massage to begin restoring function and rehabilitating the soft tissues.

We also recommend a follow up massage so your therapist is able to go over what they found, how they can help, how long it will take to get right and how much it will cost.
